The three-phase AC power is input to the rectifier circuit through the EMI filter, the AC is rectified into a pulsating DC output, and the pulsating DC is converted into a straight DC power supply through a passive power factor correction (PFC) circuit. The DC/DC converter generates PWM wave by DSP to control the power device, and then is isolated and output by high-frequency transformer and then rectified by high-frequency; LC filters and outputs the regulated DC voltage required by the EM circuit output system.
The whole charging module works under the monitoring of the microcomputer system, including module protection, voltage adjustment, etc. At the same time, the microcomputer realizes the reporting of the operation data of the charging module to the monitoring module and accepts the control commands of the monitoring module.

Panel Instructions

■LED display panel
It can display module voltage, current, alarm, address, group number, operation mode and other information. If the key is not operated for more than one minute, the voltage and current of the module will be automatically displayed. If there is an alarm at this time, the alarm information will be displayed. The voltage display accuracy is ±0.5V, and the current display accuracy is ±0.2A.
